dehydrated elderberry pomace

The elderberry pomace from the processing is gently dried immediately (moisture content appr. 7 - 8 %).

Our annual production of dehydrated elderberry pomace is appr. 800 - 1,000 tons. The elderberry pomace is cleaned and separated into elderberry seeds and elderberry powder. 600 tons of elderberry seeds and 200 tons of elderberry powder are available per year.

Elderberry pomace, elderberry seeds and elderberry powder have been analysed from University BOKU Vienna. Based on the numerous contents these products are qualified for: 

·          cosmetic oils and lotions,

·          natural pillow fillings,

·          organic fertilizers or

·          additives in animal feeding.
