Elderberry varieties

We process cultivated elderberries of the Haschberg variety from Styria in Austria. Elderberries contain a whole series of substances such as Anthocyanins (Cyanidin glucoside, Cyanidin sambubiosid), sugar, oils, minerals, vitamins. Furthermore, elderberry has many appreciated and diverse curing properties.
